Description of Overcoat Fabric:
The overcoat fabric (nap down) is one of heavy fabric used in winter. For objects, it can be divided in male of female woolen cloth; for features of cloth surface, it can be divided in vein surface, woolen surface, and suede and so on.

The overcoat fabric (nap down) is mainly used to make overcoat. Overcoat fabric is pilling resistance, durable, and especially, its environmental protection index has met with the European Standard. The features of this kind fabric are smooth and tidy without moulting. On the surface, there is thick fluff, and smooth, distributed; besides, all the fuzz is floating to one direction.
Ingredients of Overcoat Fabric:
The ingredient of wool is made up of 48-64 branches of wool and above 80%level one to level four wool or short wool below 20%. The blending wool is made up of 48-64 branches of wool or below 20%short wool, below 40% viscose or acrylic fibers. The density range of yarn is from 71.4- 250tex, and unit mass is 380-780g/m2. The change of texture is complex, including 2/2, 1/33/1 twill or broken twill.
